Initiate Your Request
Log into your Prince account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital return authorization.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund within 5-7 business days.
